Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of https://trysnatcher.com. The store operates under the name SNATCHER and is owned by STERLINGFJORD LLC.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies made available through our store. Your purchase contract is with STERLINGFJORD LLC. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of our products.
1. Orders and Payment
Product details, prices, available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are presented before you submit an order. Prices and currencies may vary by market.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, a clear pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, or a legal or shipping restriction. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled amount.
2. Product Information and Use
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Minor differences in packaging, photography or screen color may occur, but products must conform to their descriptions and applicable law.
Use cosmetic and personal-care products according to their directions and warnings. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek professional advice where appropriate. Product information is not medical advice. Individual results may vary, and a review or image does not guarantee identical results for every customer.
3. Promotions and Bundles
Discounts, free gifts, bundles and other offers are subject to the conditions presented with them at the time of purchase. Availability may be limited.
Where a bundle or promotion is returned, refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid and the discounts allocated to the original order. The Return and Refund Policy explains this process.
We will not retroactively change the price or material terms of an accepted order to your disadvantage except where applicable law permits.
4. Subscriptions
A purchase is a one-time purchase unless you expressly select a subscription option at checkout.
If subscriptions are offered, the recurring price, billing and delivery frequency, discount and cancellation terms will be displayed before you confirm the purchase. We will not charge you on a recurring basis without your express selection of that option. Subscription orders are also subject to the Subscription Policy displayed by the store when that purchase option is available.
5. Shipping, Returns and Consumer Rights
Our Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges and delays. Our Return and Refund Policy explains our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and how to request assistance. These policies form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective, unsafe, incorrectly described or undelivered goods. We remain responsible for remedies required by law when a carrier or fulfillment partner performs part of the service.
6. Use of Our Website
You may use our store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, place fraudulent orders, submit false reviews, misuse promotions or infringe another person’s rights.
Our website content, images, design and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. They may not be reused commercially without permission.
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not violate another person’s rights. You allow us to display that content in connection with our store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and Changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of our website or products, disruptions beyond our reasonable control, or third-party websites we do not control. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an accepted order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
8. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Nothing prevents you from using a court or remedy available under mandatory law.
